Plain English Summary
We set up your AI agent and make sure it works. After setup, it's your server, your agent, your responsibility. We're not liable for what it does. By paying your invoice, you agree to these terms.
1. What We Provide
Sidecar is a one-time AI agent setup service provided by Faith, Hope & Love Creative LLC ("FHL Creative," "we," "us"). For the setup fee, you receive:
- Two AI agents deployed on your private VPS:
- A personal AI assistant (OpenClaw) connected to your messaging platform — your always-on, conversational agent for daily tasks, research, reminders, and more
- Claude Code configured as your VPS technician — a second agent that can diagnose issues, apply fixes, and maintain your server directly from your computer
- Integration with your chosen messaging platform (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Security hardening of your server
- A live walkthrough of both agents' capabilities
- 14 days of priority support following setup
2. What You Own
After setup, you own and control everything:
- Your VPS and all data on it
- Your AI agent configuration and personality files
- Your messaging bot and all connected accounts
- Your Claude subscription and API access
We do not retain access to your server. During and after setup, your server credentials belong solely to you.
3. Your Responsibilities
After setup is complete, you are solely responsible for:
- Your VPS hosting payments and Claude subscription
- Ongoing server security, updates, and maintenance
- Monitoring your agent's behavior and output
- Any actions your agent takes on your behalf (sending emails, creating documents, etc.)
- Complying with applicable laws when using your AI agent
- Backing up any data you consider important
Your AI agent acts on your behalf using your accounts and credentials. You are responsible for everything it does, just as you would be for any tool or assistant operating under your authority.
4. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
AI technology is powerful but imperfect. By using this service, you acknowledge that:
- AI models can and do produce incorrect, misleading, or fabricated information ("hallucinations")
- Your agent may misinterpret instructions or take unintended actions
- AI behavior can change when the underlying model is updated by the provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- No AI agent is 100% reliable — unexpected behavior will happen
- Your agent may be vulnerable to prompt injection attacks from malicious content in emails, websites, or documents
We strongly recommend: starting with read-only access to sensitive accounts, reviewing any outbound communications before your agent sends them, and never sharing passwords or sensitive credentials directly in chat.
5. Limitation of Liability
FHL Creative is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from:
- Actions taken by your AI agent after setup is complete
- Incorrect or harmful output produced by the AI model
- Security breaches of your server
- Data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions
- Decisions made based on information provided by your AI agent
- Third-party service outages (Claude, Telegram, hosting provider, etc.)
Our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the setup fee you paid.
6. Support
- First 14 days: Priority support included — we'll help with issues, adjustments, and questions
- After 14 days: Support is available on a paid basis or at our discretion
- We are not obligated to provide ongoing maintenance, updates, or monitoring after the support window
7. Payment & Refunds
- The setup fee is due before setup day
- No refunds after the setup call has been completed
- If we are unable to complete the setup for technical reasons, we will either reschedule or issue a full refund
- By paying your invoice, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms
8. Privacy
During setup, we may have temporary access to your server and connected accounts. We will:
- Only access what is necessary to complete the setup
- Not store, copy, or retain your personal data beyond what's needed for setup
- Transfer full control to you at the end of the setup call (root password change)
We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage data from your agent after setup.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to you. We will not retroactively change terms for completed purchases.
